Seven Mile Beach
Walk the white-sand shoreline, stop for lunch, or choose a glass-bottom boat, snorkelling, paddleboarding or sunset cruise.
West End sunset
Negril’s cliffs are the classic sunset vantage point. Rick’s Café has welcomed visitors to the West End since 1974.
Jamwest adventure
About 20–30 minutes from Negril, Jamwest offers ATV rides, ziplines, horseback riding, a mineral bath and driving experiences.
Reef and water days
Book locally for snorkelling, scuba diving, reef trips, glass-bottom boats or a catamaran. Conditions and operators vary, so confirm before travelling.
A LITTLE ISLAND ESCAPE
Booby Cay Island
Take a boat trip to Booby Cay for time by the water and a relaxed island outing. Some excursions combine snorkelling with grilled seafood on the island; ask the operator what food is available and whether it is included in the price.

Emancipendence
Jamaica marks Emancipation Day on August 1 and Independence Day on August 6 with cultural events, music, food and community celebrations across the island. Negril launched an expanded local series in 2026.
